The following issues are not covered by our 30-day refund and replacement policy. We are not responsible for these situations:

Choosing the wrong size, product, address, or customization details.

Product damage due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled, resulting in damage from handling.

Personal reasons such as a change of mind or preference.

Products purchased during promotions or sales.

Refund and Replacement Procedure

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for purchase. The refund timeline is as follows:

Credit Card: Up to 10 business days. Paypal: 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us here with your order number and the details of your request. We will confirm once the change or cancellation is processed.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After this time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
